Farmer's Market
I had never been to a Farmer's Market before. My dad grew the greatest garden growing up, so we never needed to go anywhere to get fresh produce. But when we moved to the Boise area 2 years ago I saw them advertised all summer but hadn't ever gone to one until today we went to the Nampa's Farmer's Market for the first time. We did get some corn on the cob (yummy, my favorite) but there were so many fun things for Addie to do that I was so glad I brought her along. We got her some cute hair clips then she did a nickel find in the straw. She only found one nickel but was excited to have her own money! Then she got her face painted with a cute rainbow on it then a nice lady made her a cute ladybug balloon. There were so many fun things there I think I just might have to go back again. Next time I'll have to wait for a day Shaun has off work and get him to go with me.

Playing at the Park
We decided to go to the park the other day since we haven't been in awhile and I actually remembered to bring me camera to catch a couple pictures of Addie. She loves to swing, I have to convince her to try out the slides so I get a break from pushing her. She loves to play until any other kids come around then she won't do a thing unless I go with her. So it was a good thing we were there alone for awhile.

My brother's wedding
My brother Chuck got married on August 9. We love his new wife, Shelly, and are so excited to have her in our family. They got married in the Louisville, Kentucky temple, so I got to fly out to Kentucky to the wedding. I brought Rachel with me, Addie stayed with other family and Shaun stayed home to work. It is so pretty there with all the trees and bridges and so great to listen to the southern accents. My sister and I were the only family there in KY. We had a lot of fun trying not to get lost. We actually almost missed the wedding, I had to call the temple and ask them to wait for us. They also had a beautiful ring ceremony and reception there and then we came to Utah this last weekend for the open house. It was so much fun to have our family get together since it doesn't happen as often since my parents left on their mission.
