Family in town

We got to have Shaun's sister and her kids come visit for a while this summer. The girls got to make their own clip-on earrings and they look so grown up wearing dangling earrings! We also took the kids to an indoor play place called Jabbers that was a big hit!! My kids are already begging to go again. The best part was the mom's all got to have the night off and go to dinner and a movie together. I loved getting away and loved that my husband is so great and willing to let me go.

Family

We love to be with family over the fourth of July. We were in Rexburg this year with most of Shaun's family and had fun at parades and playing with cousins.

Fair

We went with Shaun's sister and her kids to the county fair last month. The kids loved the animals and we got to eat stuff we only get at the fair ........... cotton candy, funnel cakes, fried Twinkies (we don't recommend that one) we all got a little wet in the firetruck hose.

Fun with Grandparents

We love it when Grandma and Grandpa come visit. We always have a fun time with them here. We got to go on a walk to the park, visited the old Idaho State Penitentiary and the girls got to go to a mother/daughter garden party with our ward.

6 Months

We can't believe how fast Summer is growing up. She started eating solids this month. The picture below is how she acts with anything that is mushed or pureed. So we give her little pieces of our food and let her feed herself and she loves it! She crawls everywhere she usually crawls into corners or behind things so we can't find her until she can't get out. She is such a sweet girl, we love her.

Swimming Lessons

The girls both got to take swimming lessons this summer. They both did so great and more importantly had a lot of fun. We love our little swimmers!





They both were so brave and jumped off the diving board!
