Is it really all over?

I just can't believe that this month and really this year is already over. Our family has been so blessed this year. We had Summer at the first of the year, who has been such a blessing to our family. She lights up our whole house with her sweet personality. We all just want to be around her and make her smile because it makes us smile too. Addie started Kindergarten this fall and she loves it! She is a joy to be around and loves to draw, read and learn. Rachel has grown up so much this year. She has been doing preschool this fall and also loves learning. She plays with her dolls everyday and loves to help in the kitchen. Shaun keeps busy with family,work, and church responsibilities. I like to keep up with our girls and when I have a minute I like to keep my sewing machine busy with projects . We feel so grateful for our family. We know our Heavenly Father is aware of us and has blessed us more than we know how to acknowledge.

To recap our busy month:

We topped our growing fruit trees

Addie took dance for the first time this fall with her cousin. She really enjoyed it and we were able to see her at her recital!

My parents were able to come visit. We love, love, love to have them around.

We got to be apart of The Savior of the World production that our ward put on for Christmas.
We had a very wonderful Christmas and loved being home with our family. Rachel has her new lip stick on:)

Summer in her Christmas dress!

Addie received some curlers for her hair this Christmas. She has worn them every night so far! She loves her hair curly. It's fun to see her bounce around.
It snowed (lol)!! There were trace amounts of snow but my girls decked out in ALL their snow gear to go play. The snow stuck to the drive way but not the grass. They had the sled out and were playing as it there was 3 feet of snow to play in. I just love them!

Trick or Treat!!

We always bring our girls to a lady up the street. She is so so sweet and treats our girls like granddaughters. She even gave a basket of baby food to Summer. We just love her! (Summer in her other costume - A poodle )

Summer was trying on her cousins costume. She is quite the ballerina!!

Shaun and I dressed up as well but we forgot to get a picture. We are hoping some of our friends got one and we will post that later.

You know you are in Preschool....

When your back pack is WAY too big!!

Rachel started preschool this year and loves it. We wondered if it would be a big adjustment for her but she was so happy to have her own school just like her big sister!

9 Months

We are Loving this girl!! She is full of personality and gives the sweetest smiles. She's babbling quite a bit.. a lot of ma ma ma's and da da da's and growls and grunts the rest of the time. She loves to climb on things mainly my legs. Addie loves to bounce her on her legs and get her giggling. Rachel knows how to tickle her and play peek-a-boo to get her to giggle. The older girls never giggled and laughed as babies so it has been so much fun to have such a happy baby. Although she does not like to get her diaper changed , and much to her sisters dismay will protest when you take away her toy. It's hard to believe she's 9 months old.

She is getting a little bit longer hair on top and the girls and I managed to get a little pony on top! It really adds to her personality!!

She is working on her balancing and gets better and better everyday. I know she'll take off walking one day and I hope I don't miss it.

A new year

Addie started Kindergarten this year. She was so ready and walked right on the bus and didn't look back the first day. She loves school and her favorite part of going to school is the bus ride. It only took one week for her to let me know she didn't think I should bring her to the bus stop or get her off the bus (which I'm required to do or they won't let her off the bus) Luckily she is okay that I still get to bring her to the bus stop.

Family in town

We got to have Shaun's sister and her kids come visit for a while this summer. The girls got to make their own clip-on earrings and they look so grown up wearing dangling earrings! We also took the kids to an indoor play place called Jabbers that was a big hit!! My kids are already begging to go again. The best part was the mom's all got to have the night off and go to dinner and a movie together. I loved getting away and loved that my husband is so great and willing to let me go.

Family

We love to be with family over the fourth of July. We were in Rexburg this year with most of Shaun's family and had fun at parades and playing with cousins.
